JAKE G. HENSON

My name is Jake G. Henson and I'm a writer, director, IATSE 209 Grip/Electric, Production Assistant, and photographer by way of Cincinnati, Ohio.

I have worked on multiple feature films such as The Alto Knights, Turtles All the Way Down, and The Bikeriders as a electric, grip and a production assistant.

I have experience in advertisements, working on commercials for companies such as John Deere, Champion Windows, the Newport Aquarium, and

Anthem Blue Cross.

 

For television, I have worked as an in-game utility (Thursday Night Football and CBS Sports) and a PA (Eli Roth’s A Ghost Ruined My Life and The Scripps National Spelling Bee).

I have worked in production for five years in the Cincinnati market and as a production intern at WCET 48, a local tv channel. While working in field production, I have gained the confidence and experience needed to be a valuable part of your team and help you make your day.

My debut film, Voids, premiered on 4.29.2021. I wrote, directed, produced, gaffed, edited, and designed sound for this film, and I received an Ohio Valley Student Emmy nomination in sound design.
